  I hosted my mothers funeral here about a month ago, as well as my grandparents funeral a few years ago. First off, the decor and overall inside is nothing special. Too outdated. Not worth the expensive price. I did not like the priest's they had offered me way of speaking, he dismissed everyone after speaking. What makes it worse that I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for my mothers ashes, and I finally called yesterday to see the status. I was told that my mother wasn't a priority, that they were too busy with "rush cremations", and she won't be ready. What's a rush cremation? The persons already dead. I don't expect people to be overly sensitive to me, but the tone of voice I was spoken to with pissed me off to the core of my soul. Then, all of a sudden, the next day they called me and said she'd be ready. How long was my mother sitting in a freezer? Why was I never updated on a status of it? Disgusts me.
